Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Forrcle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Forrcle.
What Forrcle does
Forrcle is an automated invoice follow-up tool. It sends payment reminder emails to your clients on your behalf, on a schedule you configure. You remain fully responsible for the invoices you create and the communications sent through the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during signup. You must not share your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@forrcle.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You may only use Forrcle for legitimate invoicing purposes — to collect payment for real work you have performed. You must not use Forrcle to send spam, harass individuals, or collect payments for fraudulent or illegal services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Your clients
By adding a client to Forrcle, you confirm that you have a legitimate business reason to contact them and that sending them payment reminders is appropriate. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice amounts, due dates, and client information.
Free plan limits
The free plan allows up to 2 active invoices at any time. An active invoice is any invoice that is not paid or cancelled. Upgrading to Pro removes this limit. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
Payment and billing
Pro plan billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed chasers or payment delays caused by service outages, third-party failures (email delivery, payment processors), or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual property
Forrcle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Forrcle team. You retain ownership of all invoice data and client data you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
Forrcle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed invoice collection, or client disputes.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Forrcle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
